Casper le Grange, an award-winning registered debt counsellor, is dedicated to helping South Africans achieve financial freedom through expert debt counselling services.
With over 15 years of experience as a Debt Counsellor, registered with the National Credit Regulator since 2010 (NCRDC1560), my mission has always been to empower South Africans to take control of their financial futures. Throughout my career, I have remained deeply committed to ethical practices, empathetic client care, and sustainable debt solutions.
As a trusted consumer advocate and the Eastern Cape representative for the Debt Counsellors Association of South Africa (DCASA), I work to ensure that the rights of consumers are upheld, while also promoting fairness in the debt review process for all parties both on regional and national levels.
In 2024, I was honored to receive the Debt Review Awards’ “The One | Debt Review Awards Significant Contribution to the Debt Review Process Award” , a testament to my ongoing dedication to shaping the future of the industry and advancing the standards of debt review. My contributions include being a key player in the revision of the Task Team Agreement 2.0, an initiative that will significantly impact debt counselling practices for years to come. I have also been involved in industry events, such as the Dialogue on Consumer Protection at the University of Pretoria.
I believe that financial literacy is the cornerstone of a sustainable future for every South African. Through my work, I aim to bridge the gap between financial challenges and viable solutions, making debt management accessible and understandable for everyone. My involvement extends beyond individual client counselling. I have been featured on radio stations like Link FM, King Fisher FM, and RSG, where I regularly discuss financial topics, share practical debt solutions, and promote consumer empowerment. My insights have also been featured in various publications, including Joy and Juig Christian Magazines, as well as finance sections of national newspapers, amplifying my efforts to spread awareness of the importance of financial wellness.
I take pride in the countless individuals and families I have assisted on their path to financial recovery. Whether working with consumers who need debt relief, or collaborating with industry leaders to improve debt review processes, my goal is clear: every South African deserves the tools, resources, and support necessary to navigate their financial journey with confidence.
Outside of my professional work, I remain active in the community, recently taking over as Chairman of the Salem Baby Care Centre. A project close to my heart.
